All in all everything was great, had a great stay in September. The location was central, so close to the restaurant and especially the coffee, the city center and archeological museum and the port or main bus station. Popped in Revolution for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Neat and bright place, has delightful views of the Cretan sunset from the Fifth Floor. All the staff is gentle and is engaged to make your stay pleasant. The room is freshly renovated and great-sized and with a balcony and soundproof windows. The rooftop restaurant at the fifth floor is what you need.

Generally, really enjoyed this absolutely great accommodation with obliging staff at the reception desk. The view at sunset was awesome and our room was fairly quiet and updated. The bed was lovely and there were tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge.

Generally, the place was pleasant and had absolutely kind and amazingly nice staff at replenishing bowls and cutlery. The room was comfy, and we had a gorgeous view of the sea. The location was marvellous in easy walking distance of the sites. A rooftop restaurant from the 5th floor was an advantage. We really enjoyed being here.

The location was excellent in a relatively quiet area, short walk to old city centre, a roundabout which cars were speeding around and scooters were racing around ALL night, and Agia Galini. I was offered a room with exceptional views of the sea.

Great and lovely location so close to excellent transport links to the city and other parts of Crete, bus stops, the KTEL island bus service, taxi stands, and walking distance to anything in the downtown area and the bus station, I felt safe. I was there for 1 night and ate at rooftop restaurant with attentive staff.

Bright and exceptionally clean place to stay in, it has gentle staff at the reception desk. The room is good sized and the bed is comfortable. Its location is magnificent, near PHARMACIES-who threatened to call police, and stores, relatively quiet area. There's cool Fouskas at a walking distance from the hotel, make desserts etc. A nice touch is also the warm beverages in the roof top bar.
As we remember, there was no parking.

Sincerely, it was a really enjoyable stay on holidays. They gave us newly remodelled deluxe room with comfy beds. The location was incredible, next to a swimming beach, Heraklion, and ports, museum and all the restaurants. Diner Fouskas located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
